LiliKai is committed to protecting your privacy. In order to most efficiently handle your online order your credit card transactions are handled by third party banking. They receive, verify and authorize your credit card. Your credit card and order information in encrypted and secure. Level1 PCI Compliant and 128bit certificates to keep your order details secure. Once your credit card has cleared your order is then processed for shipping. If any unauthorized charges were made to your account as a result of shopping on our website you must notify your credit card provider in accordance with its rules and procedure.

Ordering and Shipping

After you place your order, you will receive email updates with your order status.

Order confirmation – This email confirms that we received your order and have begun processing it.

Shipment confirmation – this email confirms that some or all of your order has been shipped and will include tracking information. It may take up to 48 hours for tracking information to appear on the carrier’s website. You may receive multiple Shipment Confirmation emails if there are items shipped separately. The arrival time of your items depends on your shipping location.

Important Notices about your order – This email offers important information about your order, such as difficulty in processing your order, inability to ship to the address provided, existence of a duplicate order and cancellation of an order. If you receive this email, please contact customer service immediately at  so the problem can be resolved.


Methods and Timelines

Orders are shipped USPS on business days only, Monday – Friday. Holidays excluded

Free Shipping on Standard Ground within the USA, including Alaska & Hawaii.

You will not be billed for items purchased with a credit card until they are shipped.

Calculating Delivery Time

Warehouse Handling Time – The amount of time it will take your order to leave our warehouse. Most items are shipped within 2 full business days after receiving the order.

Shipping Time – The amount of time it will take your order to ship once it has left our warehouse.

This depends on the shipping method you select during checkout.

Return Policy

LiliKai takes pride in providing an exceptional boardshort and providing the best possible shopping experience. If for any reason you are not satisfied we will gladly refund your purchase. Notification must be sent via email within 14 business days if unsatisfied and the item must be returned within 30 days of receipt of item for a full refund. The item must not have been worn, used, washed or altered. Tags must be intact and the item must be returned in the original package using the free return label. When returning item please enclose the original packing slip and the return form that was enclosed.

Credit will be issued within 7-14 business days after the item is received. Customer will be notified via email when the return has been processed and credit issued.

Sale items are non-refundable. 

Exchange Policy

At this time does not accept online exchange requests. However you can return your order for a refund and we can assist with a new order with free shipping. We will process your refund when we receive your return. It may take 7-14 business days for the credit to appear on your statement. 

If you never received your order and the tracking number indicates it was delivered, please contact customer service and we will file a claim with USPS.
